Healing Gems
From ancient times many people believe that gemstones and crystals have healing properties, which transform us spiritually and aid in the process of healing.
Crystal healers believe that each gem has the power to heal a specific part of the body. Different colour gems reflect different light, which has the power to heal and influence our thoughts.
Blue is associated with spirituality, yellow with wisdom and red with vitality. In turn these three colours can be associated with different gems. For example, Blue –spirituality with all blue stones such as sapphire. Yellow - wisdom with amber and topaz. Red – vitality with ruby, garnet and coral.
When we combine red and yellow we get orange. Therefore orange combines both vitality and wisdom, which in turn is good for self control and vitality.
